Coleraine Solar Farm is backed by Strategic Power Projects (SPP) who have commissioned Neo Environmental Ltd, an independent planning and environmental consultancy to undertake a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Proposed Development.

SPP is a renewable energy company established to support the ambitious government plans to reduce emissions through the development of large-scale Solar PV and other renewable technologies to deliver new sources of clean energy throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
